MSME Act Compliance: Interest calculated as per Section 16 at three times the RBI Bank Rate, compounded monthly on delayed payments beyond the permitted credit period. Maximum credit period is 45 days (with written agreement) or 15 days (appointed day without agreement). You can specify a custom calculation end date to calculate interest up to a specific date (defaults to 31-Mar-2026 if not specified).
